Depending on the context, the Platform Provider and Event Organizer(s) may act as independent or joint controllers within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed through the platform in connection with the organization and participation in the event.

This platform provides a structured and privacy-conscious environment for organizing funeral-related events, participation, and contributions, as an alternative to informal communication channels.

  • If you choose anonymous participation, identifying information will not be displayed
  • Display is strictly controlled by your selection at the time of submission

  • Authorized Event Organizer(s)

  • Donations may be publicly displayed
  • Visibility depends on user-selected preferences
  • Users are responsible for submitted content

7. Liability
